Website privacy policy

Draft

Version of 21 October 2026

Draft pending legal review. It may change before its final version.

This policy explains which personal data Pymatic Labs processes when you visit pymaticlabs.com or write to us from it. What happens to your data when you buy the Digital Brain, receive it and use the member area is explained in the Digital Brain privacy policy.

1. Controller

PYMATICLABS, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA ("Pymatic Labs"), tax ID (NIF) B88781745, Calle Alfred Giner Sorolla 3, 2º 5ª, 12006 Castellón de la Plana, Spain. Privacy email: info@pymaticlabs.com. Pymatic Labs is not required to appoint a data protection officer and has not appointed one.

2. What data we process, why and on what basis

What Why Legal basis
Contact form: name, email, company, phone if you give it, what you are interested in and your message. To reply to you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal. Pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Emails you send us at info@pymaticlabs.com. To reply to you and manage the relationship. Pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in answering your query (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Server technical logs: IP address, browser, page requested and time. To serve the website, keep it secure and detect abuse. Legitimate interest in the site's security (Article 6(1)(f)).
Signing in to the member area: the email you type, the one-time code we send you, the session (a technical cookie, see the cookie policy), the access logs (date, time, IP address and browser) and, to stop anyone guessing codes or asking for too many, an encrypted fingerprint of your email and of your IP address (never the data itself), deleted the next day. To let you sign in without passwords and protect the accounts. If the email has no access, nothing is sent and no account is created. Performance of the contract with customers and legitimate interest in the security of the area (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Purchase page: for Guided, the slot and the person you choose for the first session, which we hold in Cal.com while you pay; and an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address (never the IP itself), deleted the next day, to share out the launch-price places and so that nobody opens payments or holds slots endlessly. You pay on Stripe's page. To book your session and share out the launch-price places and the slots so that nobody hoards them. Pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Visit measurement with Vercel Web Analytics: page viewed, referring page, country, device type, operating system and browser. To know which pages are visited and improve the site. Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). It uses no cookies and stores no identifiers in your browser, and the data is aggregated without identifying anyone.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects or build profiles. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.

The fields marked as required in the form are needed to reply to you. This website is not aimed at minors.

3. Who receives the data

Providers that process it on behalf of Pymatic Labs, under a data processing agreement:

  • Vercel, which hosts the website, keeps the technical logs and measures visits.
  • Resend, which delivers the form messages to our mailbox.
  • Google (Workspace), where our email is.
  • Supabase, in its European Union region (Frankfurt), which provides access to the member area and stores its data.
  • Brevo, in the European Union, which delivers the codes to sign in to the area.
  • Cal.com, which provides the free slots for the setup sessions on the purchase page.

When you pay you move to Stripe's page, which processes the payment data under its own privacy policy.

If you book a call, you do so in Cal.com's calendar, with its own privacy policy. We do not sell data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

4. International transfers

Supabase and Brevo process the data in the European Union. Vercel, Resend, Google and Cal.com may process it in the United States. They only do so with the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for certified companies, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact messages with no later purchase: as long as needed to deal with your query and at most 12 months from the last contact.
  • If you become a customer: they are then governed by the Digital Brain privacy policy.
  • Technical logs and visit measurement: the period Vercel applies, which is short and not used to identify you.
  • Member area: codes, minutes, until used or expired; the session, until you sign out or after 7 days without using it; access logs, Supabase's short period. Everything else in the area, as the Digital Brain privacy policy says.

When it is no longer needed, data is blocked while liabilities may arise and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR) by writing to info@pymaticlabs.com. We reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the data protection authority of your EU country.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk: the website always runs over HTTPS, access to data is limited to those who need it and the member area has no passwords: you sign in with a one-time code.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
