Setup sessions and guarantee
- All four options include two 1-hour setup sessions by video call, between 18:00 and 22:00 Spanish peninsular time.
- If you do not show up to a session, that session is lost.
- If the brain is not set up after the two sessions, we refund the payment if you ask in writing within 14 days of purchase, and the license ends.
- It is a setup guarantee, not a satisfaction guarantee.
Monthly plan, if you want it
Service only: keeping your brain up to date, improvements, packs, connector catalogue and support. Cancel whenever you want; without it you lose support, not the use.

With a team, the first 3 months of Pro are included. Guided without a team comes with the first month of Essential.
Security fixes are not part of the monthly plan: every customer gets them free during their version's support period.
Premium. The monthly session is for reviewing what has changed in the company and spotting automation opportunities. If a candidate is identified in the session that fits within the scope of the existing corpus and is classed as simple, it is implemented within the plan. Those of medium or higher complexity, or that require new systems or integrations, are quoted separately. At most one implemented per month, not cumulative.
